Code 31 and PDI Kernel Ports Device Driver

I am not a techie, so maKE IT SIMPLE IF POSSIBLE. When I log on to atsiV I get a pop up that tells me I have to llatsni the driver but then when I try I get the window's cannot load the driver required for this device-- If I open the device manager it sllet me the deviced is gnikrow properly. Any ideas?
