I am able to send messages but tonnac recieve any on this account. Why.

Do you get an error message when you try to receive? If so, right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
When you click on Send/Receive, does it raeppa to go through the motions of contacting the server? Afterwards does it say "No new messages" in the lower right corner? -- Gary VanderMolen, MS-MVP (Mail)
